Auswide Plumbing assist with construction of new aged care facility, Ocean Grove

Auswide Plumbing have been engaged by Ryman Healthcare to complete several components of the construction of a new aged care facility in Ocean Grove.

Works involved the connection of sewer and stormwater to Barwon Water and City of Greater Geelong mains, pit installations, all poly welding, testing of new lines and reinstatements.

Network Drilling  were contracted to complete the install of 150 metres of 280mm PE Sewer and 400mm PE Stormwater.

Auswide also installed 2 x 80,000L rain water tanks for the use of irrigation and water for toilets.

The facility consists of 90 independent living suites and a 150 bed high care facility.
