Simon Sheahan brings over two decades of hands-on experience in plumbing and civil construction to his role as Director of Auswide Plumbing & Civil. Starting his career as a qualified plumber, Simon has worked across some of Australia’s most demanding environments, including extensive time in Western Australia’s Pilbara region servicing the mining industry. His background includes major mine site infrastructure upgrades, remote area work, and the successful delivery of complex civil projects.
In 2005, Simon co-founded Auswide Plumbing & Civil with a clear vision: to build a company grounded in quality, safety, and reliability. Under his leadership and surrounding himself with superstars, Auswide quickly earned a strong reputation across WA for delivering large-scale projects on time and to spec – while maintaining an impeccable safety record.
Since relocating the business to Victoria, Simon has continued to lead from the front. His deep industry knowledge, practical skillset, and commitment to high standards have helped shape Auswide into a trusted civil contractor across Geelong and the wider region. Simon is passionate about creating and mentoring a team of superstars, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every project reflects the values the company was built on.
His hands-on approach, backed by years of experience in the field, ensures that every project – big or small – is delivered with care, precision, and professionalism.

Aaron Bradley is a highly experienced Construction Manager with over 20 years in plumbing & civil construction. Known for his practical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving ability, Aaron plays a key role in the successful delivery of Auswide Plumbing & Civil projects across Victoria.
With a strong background in site supervision, project coordination, and civil works management, Aaron has worked on a wide variety of plumbing & infrastructure projects – from 2-lot land development subdivisions to project managing the Curlewis Golf Club development and the Djilang South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Rail Duplication. His ability to manage multiple teams, oversee daily site operations, and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Aaron is passionate about delivering quality outcomes, upholding safety standards, and mentoring younger team members. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of on-the-ground construction processes make him an invaluable asset to both the team and Auswide’s clients.
As Construction Manager, Aaron is committed to making sure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the high standards that define Auswide Plumbing & Civil.

Josh Cole brings a wealth of experience to his role as Project Manager at Auswide Plumbing & Civil, with a strong background in delivering civil infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors. Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and results-driven mindset, Josh plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are estimated and then delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
With years of hands-on experience as a plumber in both field operations and project oversight, Josh understands every stage of the construction process – from planning and procurement through to delivery and final handover. His ability to manage timelines, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with clients, and solve challenges on the fly ensures smooth and successful outcomes on site.
Josh is passionate about maintaining high standards of safety and quality across every job in particular Stage 1 of the Barwon Water Portarlington Water Reclamation Pipeline Upgrade Project. He works closely with clients, engineers, and the Auswide team to deliver projects that not only meet expectations – but exceed them.
With a solid track record of managing water utility reactive and construction projects to major infrastructure works, Josh is a key part of the leadership team driving the continued growth and success of Auswide Plumbing & Civil.

Hugh McKeegan is a valued Site Supervisor at Auswide Plumbing & Civil, bringing a strong mix of hands-on experience, technical skill, and team leadership. With a background in plumbing and civil construction, Hugh has developed a deep understanding of site operations, infrastructure installation, and the coordination required to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Hugh is known for his proactive approach on site – ensuring that crews are well-organised, safety procedures are followed, and the quality of work meets Hugh and Auswide’s high standards. Whether it’s trenching, pipe installation, or overseeing water authority projects, his strong attention to detail helps drive consistent and reliable results.

Hugh works diligently to keep projects on schedule, addressing challenges promptly and ensuring smooth coordination with project managers and contractors from start to finish.

Tom McKeegan is a highly respected Site Supervisor at Auswide Plumbing & Civil, bringing years of on-site experience and a practical, no-nonsense approach to every project. With a strong background in plumbing and civil construction, Tom is known for his leadership, work ethic, and commitment to maintaining high standards on the ground.
Tom plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day site operations, managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and keeping projects running to schedule. His ability to lead teams effectively, solve problems on the spot, and maintain strong communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients makes him an invaluable part of the Auswide team.
With hands-on knowledge of everything from underground services to large-scale infrastructure works, Tom ensures that every job is completed with precision, efficiency, and care. Kellyanne Sheahan is the co-founder, and Business Manager of Auswide Plumbing & Civil. With a background in business operations & administration, Kell plays a central role in the day-to-day management and long-term success of the company.
Since establishing the business alongside her husband Simon in 2005, Kell has been instrumental in building Auswide from the ground up – overseeing everything from finance and compliance to client relations and staff management. Her sharp eye for detail, organisational skill, and commitment to service excellence have helped shape the strong, reliable reputation Auswide holds today.
Kell also manages the company’s ISO certification processes, ensuring compliance with national standards for Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001). Her focus on maintaining high standards across all areas of the business allows the team to operate safely, and with complete transparency.
Known for her approachable nature and hands-on leadership, Kell is passionate about supporting her team, building strong relationships with clients, and continuing to grow a business that’s not only professional and efficient, but also grounded in family values and community connection.
